Workout (shoulders, triceps, biceps)
So I decided to start posting up my workouts to track how much I’m doing and see my improvements. Hopefully I don’t forget and stick to this. Let’s see how this goes.
So today was shoulders, triceps, and biceps…
I started off with a light 10 minute jog on the treadmill on an incline, stretched, and so forth.
- Shoulder flies (7.5 lbs) x16
- Tricep overhead extension with 1 dumbbell (17.5 lbs) x10-12? Can’t recall.
- Bicep curls (12.5 lbs) x24
- Shoulder flies (7.5 lbs) x16
- Tricep overhead extension with 1 dumbbell (15) x14
- Bicep curls (12.5 lbs) x24
- Shoulder flies (7.5 lbs) x16
- Tricep overhead extension with 1 dumbbell (15) x15
- Bicep curls (10 lbs) x30
- Shoulder press with dumbbells (7.5 lbs) x12
- Tricep dips x20, quick rest, one-legged tricep dips x10 each leg
- Bicep curls (10 lbs) x30
- Shoulder press with dumbbells (7.5 lbs) x14
- Tricep dips x20, quick rest, one-legged tricep dips x10 each leg
- Bicep curls (10 lbs) x30
- Shoulder press with dumbbells (10 lbs) x12
- Tricep dips x20, quick rest, one-legged tricep dips x10 each leg (this set was tough!)
- Bicep curls (10 lbs) x30
I had planned to do so much more today, but it was my first day in about a month getting back into it, so I decided to take it easy. I also did a light abs workout afterwards.
